1. Overview

At Pumpt, we aim to deliver all orders safely and efficiently using trusted third-party courier services. All orders are processed and shipped in accordance with this policy.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Processing Time

All orders require a short processing period before dispatch:

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Processing takes place Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen delays.


3. Delivery Timeframes

We use Aramex Store to Door for nationwide delivery.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • 8–11 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location (urban or remote areas)
  • Courier network capacity
  • Weather or logistical disruptions
  • Peak shipping periods

4. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via:

  • Aramex Store to Door (door-to-door delivery service)

Once your order has been handed to the courier, it is handled directly by the courier service until delivery.


5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email
  • A tracking number (if available)

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


6. Delivery Delays

While Pumpt strives to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, including:

  • Courier operational delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High parcel volumes
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

However, we will always assist in following up with the courier to help resolve delivery issues.

📌 Note: In terms of South African consumer law, we remain responsible for ensuring goods are delivered, but courier-related delays are considered outside our direct operational control.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are correct.

Pumpt is not liable for:

  • Delayed deliveries
  • Lost parcels
  • Failed deliveries

resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details:

  • The customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order

8. Lost or Missing Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier:

  • We will assist in lodging an investigation with the courier
  • Outcomes (refund or replacement) depend on the courier’s official findings

We are not liable for parcels marked as delivered by the courier system.


9. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched
  • Promotional free shipping may apply from time to time

10. Risk & Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the courier:

  • Responsibility for transit lies with the courier service
  • Pumpt will continue to assist with tracking and issue resolution where needed

11. Undeliverable Areas

Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times or require alternative arrangements. In such cases:

  • Delivery timeframes may be extended
  • Alternative delivery options may be offered if necessary
